I have always been interested in design but growing up in a pragmatic society in Singapore, I never really considered design as a career until recently when I took a short course in UX/UI.

I never realized that my line of work in industrial engineering, consumer banking and tech start-up is related to UX/UI where I simplify complex processes to ensure a seamless and pleasant customer experience.

I hope to merge my transferable skills from my work experiences revolving around customers, with my personal interest in design and solve practical problems with creative solutions.
